I affirm that redemption is the consequence of our union with Jesus Christ and that it is wholly and completely an operation of God, consistent with the will of the individual to be redeemed. It follows that since redemption is of God, it is also permanent, secure, irreversible and immutable -- sealed by the Holy Spirit.
